We have been notified that there are fraudulent text message, personal phone calls. and automated calls are being made that claim to be from First Bank & Trust. These calls or text messages state that your atm card has been compromised and asks you to verify the account number and PIN. DO NOT respond to these calls or text messages. Whenever a card has been compromised, we already know the account number and we NEVER ask for your PIN. If you have received one of these calls or text messages and have given out information, please call our hot card line at 1-800-264-5578 immediately to report that your card has been compromised. Otherwise, contact First Bank & Trust during normal business hours at 1-800-228-6381.
