Dave began his employment at First Bank and Trust in 2002 as Vice President and Senior Lending Officer. Previous employment experience includes president of a community bank following 27 years in the banking industry.  He is a graduate of the University of Illinois with a BS in Agriculture Economics and a graduate of the Prochnow Foundation’s Graduate School of Banking.
