Your Mortgage Loan Officer or the Title Company will notify you of the exact amount needed to close.

Items you need to bring to closing
   • A certified check for the closing costs and down payment
   • Homeowner’s Insurance
   • Receipt for the first year’s premium

At closing you will sign and receive copies of all documents.
