First Bank participates in the Illinois Housing Development Authority (IHDA) first time home buyer program.

IHDA loans are designed for first time home buyers. If you have not lived in a home that you own in the past three years – you are eligible as a first time homebuyer even if you have purchased a home in the past or own an investment property.
